Sam & Rachel Houk

Sam and Rachel currently serve as the directors of Winona Chi Alpha. Their mission is to see students discover God, inspire others to follow their call, and to see transformation take place first in the university then into the marketplace and the rest of the world as students graduate and get sent out.
